Map My Fitness
Use the built-in GPS of your mobile device to track all of your fitness activities. Record your workout details, including duration, distance, pace, speed, elevation, calories burned, and route traveled on an interactive map. You can even effortlessly save and upload your workout data to view your route workout data, and comprehensive workout history.
By logging pace, distance, and elevation, this app is great for running and hiking. It also compares your runs so you can track your progress and comes with a few bonus features like custom playlists and personalized workouts.

Jamie Atlas is a personal trainer with a passion for helping others through personal training and wellness since 1991. He owns and operates Bonza Bodies Fitness, is a Lululemon Ambassador and is also the 'RallyMan' for local non-profit, Livewell Colorado.
Formerly a professional basketball player, he has found his 'place in the sun' through helping those that have a will to change but a lack of knowledge on how to do so. Blending a mixture of study under recognized bodyworkers, physical therapists and athletic coaches, he describes his training style as 'using the right tools for the right person to get the right result'.
